1. Shipping Time Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

• United States: 7–21 business days

• Canada: 7–21 business days

• Europe: 7–21 business days

Please note: This does not include our 1–3 day processing time.

2. Tracking Information You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.

3. Customs We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

4. Delayed Shipping While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance processes.
