REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at p3dworldshop@gmail.com. Please note that once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Financial Terms

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees. This means that if a return is approved, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the original product price without any administrative deductions, service charges, or handling fees for processing the returned item.

Final Sale: We do not have "final sale" items; regular and sale items are eligible for return within the 14-day window, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Since P3D creates custom 3D-printed and NFC-enabled merchandise, these items are unique to the buyer and cannot be resold. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
